Our oversized Sauna is set apart in a private room, and can accommodate 1-2 people.  

This is a Sunlighten Sauna which is unique to others in that it has Near, Mid, and Far (Full Spectrum) Infrared wavelenghts to heat the body directly, rather than just the surrounding air like traditional saunas.  This allows for a deeper, more effective sweat and range of potential health benefits.   The infrared heat penetrates the body,  raising the core temperature and promotes detoxification, cardiovascular conditioning, and muscle recovery.
