Prenatal massage provided by a certified prenatal massage therapist, customized for mom to promote several health benefits. High risk pregnancies require physician recommendations.

Detox Body Scrub

Full body scrub using a local organic blend from True To My Roots which includes sugar, french green clay, lavender, and chickweed. Scrub is removed with pressed warm towels, and includes a Therapeutic Massage.

Hydrating Body Wrap

Perfect for super dry skin. This warm cocoon-style wrap includes dry-body-brushing to stimulate exfoliation and lymphatic circulation, followed by a Customized Massage for a full-body re-hydrating experience using a local tallow body butter masque from True To My Roots. While wrapped in warm blankets, you'll recieve extra massage for your neck, scalp, and face. You keep the body brush for continued brushing at home.

This two-hour body treatment and massage includes dry-body-brushing, body butter masque, cocoon body wrap, full hot stone massage, and Thai Foot Massage. You keep the body brush for continued brushing at home.

Thai Foot Treatment

This one hour foot experience includes a detoxifying foot scrub and body butter masque, massage for lower legs and knees with warm stones, as well as a Thai Foot Massage using a 27-point reflexology treatment with a bamboo stick, for sinuses, headaches, back pain, and more. Great as a stand alone treatment, or added on to another service.
